How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

    Send an email to service@heavendesigns.in with your cancellation request before work has commenced on your project.

    Provide your full name, contact number, and a copy of your payment receipt or invoice in the email.

    Refunds are processed within 7–8 business working days from the date of your confirmed cancellation request.

    Transaction charges

    Standard payment gateway transaction charges may be deducted where applicable.

Advance Payments

Early or advance payments are designed to provide customers access to special offers and complimentary resources. If you make an advance payment and wish to cancel before work begins, the standard refund policy applies.
