1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Heaven Designs Private Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Heaven Designs provides solar design, engineering, and consultancy services. The scope of services for each project is defined in individual project agreements or purchase orders between Heaven Designs and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All design deliverables created by Heaven Designs remain the intellectual property of Heaven Designs until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specified project.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information. Heaven Designs will not share client project data with third parties without explicit consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Heaven Designs' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
